We want your shopping experience at Birdie’s Room to be only positive. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund/exchange policy. To initiate the Returns/Exchange process, please login into your account and locate the order in question. There, you will find a Returns option. Please follow the online steps. Once we receive your request, we will contact you with how best to proceed.
Please note the following important details if considering a return:
If returning an item due to a change of heart, please login to your account to locate the order in question and simply request to return an item. This will generate a Return Request and we can then track your return, from start to finish.
If in the USA, please ship items back using US Postal. The use of a courier service will result in customs fees and will be the sole responsibility of the sender.
If returning an item due to a warranty issues, please fill out this form to initiate the process: DIDYMOS Warranty Coverage Form. Once the form is submitted, someone from our Warranty department will get in contact with you with more details. If the item is accepted back for a return/exchange or refund due to a warranty related issue, we will cover the cost of shipping up to $25CAD.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF PRIORITY SHIPPING. As a result, we only cover up to a maximum of $25CAD for any return shipping fees.

Please clearly mark on the box “RETURNED MERCHANDISE”. This is important so that we do not incur any unnecessary duty and tax fees. Any unnecessary fees will be the responsibility of the sender. We also recommend including tracking and insurance for all parcels to be returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF PRIORITY SHIPPING. As a result, we only cover up to a maximum of $25 for any return shipping fees (applicable only in Warranty cases).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective item. In the case of a defective item, we will reimburse all shipping fees incurred in returning the item back to us.
We can only offer refunds to the original buyer. Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the buyer or a store credit will be issued to the gift recipient. Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit.
