Once we receive your order, we carefully pull your requested items from our warehouse shelves and very carefully stash them on our RED LAYAWAY shelf. There your items will remain until you are ready for them. In the meantime, you will receive a very friendly email with an invoice attached which will clearly show what you have ordered, how much you have paid to date, and how much is still owing.
When you are ready to make a payment, this can be done in two ways:
1. By sending funds through Paypal to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept payments through Paypal in CAD and USD. To avoid having your payment refunded, please ensure all payments are made in the same currency in which you sent the down-payment in, as we cannot accept multiple currencies per one invoice. Please kindly note the invoice number in the 'notes' section before completing payment.
2. By calling our office with your credit card details. Our system does not hold onto credit card info at time of purchase, therefore, if you are wanting to make a payment via credit card, we ask that you call in with the details on your card so we can make the payment for you. All payments will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
Once a payment has been received, we will apply it to your invoice and send you the updated invoice with new balance owing.
