Return Policy
We want your shopping experience at Birdie’s Room to be only positive. Online shopping can be tricky at times so we make every effort to ensure that shopping at Birdie’s Room is stress-free. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund/exchange policy. Please contact our sales department at sales@birdiesroom.com prior to sending back any goods so that we know to keep an eye out for your parcel. Please read through the following information which will provide all Returns information.
We ask that all goods to be returned be in like-new condition (undamaged and unwashed, and in the original packaging). In order to avoid any re-stocking fees, there are some things to keep in mind when trying your new item for the first time:
- Take care when opening the package since all returned items must remain in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Ensure that the item does not come in contact with any perfumes, dirt, household pets or anything else that might soil the garment.
If a returned item is worn, washed, unclean or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee, or refuse the refund (in extreme cases). Please ensure that all items are neatly folded in their original packaging and that all supporting documents (DVD, instructional booklets, etc.) remain with the item.

Please clearly mark on the box “RETURNED MERCHANDISE”. This is important so that we can avoid unnecessary duty and tax fees. We also recommend including tracking and insurance for all parcels to be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective item. Actual shipping fees* will be deducted from all refunds unless the item received was defective. In the case of a defective item, we will reimburse all shipping fees incurred. If an item was ordered during a Free Shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
*NB. Actual shipping fees may differ from the shipping costs incurred at time of order.
We can only offer refunds to the original buyer. Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the buyer or a store credit will be issued to the gift recipient. Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit.
