These lovely wooden spoons are unique in form and ergonimically designed to be comfortable to use and hold. They are individually hand-crafted by a professional luthier and master inlay artist. All items are hand-sanded and each board of wood is carefully selected and inspected for its suitability. Each piece of wood is also put through quality control rigours by a highly skilled professional wood worker. As a final finish, only a conditioner that is approved and suitable for food-contact items is used.
CARING FOR THE WOODEN SPOONS
Handwash (no dishwasher) with warm soapy water. We suggest drying with a cloth but you may also air-dry. Do not allow your items to stand in water. If the spoons begin to feel dry or obtain the rough texture often associated with wooden items, you may give the occasional massage of beeswax, mineral oil or other FDA- approved 'edible' wood conditioner.
