The PICO/GRANO mills will grind fine wheat flour at 100 and 200 grams/minute, respectively!! These are electric grain mills that can grind grains or seeds from the size of millet to the size of corn into either flour, coarsely ground, or cracked grains. Oily seeds can be ground on a medium to coarse setting on their own or ground on a fine setting when mixed in a 1:1 ratio with wheat or rye. The beech wood housing (treated with linseed oil) encloses a grinding chamber in which you find the infinitely adjustable mill stones. The stones are easily adjusted for fine and coarse settings using the sliding adjustment lever found on the outside case of the mill. The mill stones are constructed of two natural materials, corundum bound in ceramic. These appliances have powerful motors providing a steady output at low milling temperatures.
