Step 1 - Place wrap around your body, with one end on one shoulder and one under
the other arm. |
Step 2: With the hand OPPOSITE the 'shouldered'
side of the wrap, grasp the 'shouldered' side at right above the chest. |
Step
3: With your 'shouldered' hand, grasp the other end of the wrap and
bring the entire
piece up and over the top of the 'shouldered' side, laying right on
top of where other hand is (laying above and
against
your pointer-finger). |

Step
4: Wrap over the top of the 'shouldered' side of the wrap and loop uner. Bring
the end UP on the other side of where your unmoving hand is (coming
almost straight up and through a "V"). |
Step 5: Lay the end
on top of your unmoving hand's wrist. It should lay parallel with
the other end of the wrap.

Step 6: Reach underneath
your unmoving hand and wrap, and grasp the end of the wrap. Pull
it under your unmoving hand. |

Step 7 : Let go of your unmoving
hand. That hand should have a wrap around the wrist. |
8 - Hand
off the end of the wrap to the unmoving hand and pull through.

9 - Tighten but not etremely tight.

10 - Adjust the sling to fit by
sliding at the slip knot |

Troubleshooting
Step 1: Place wrap around your body, with one end on one
shoulder and one under the other arm. The side of the wrap coming
over the shoulder (the 'shouldered' side) should be longer.

Step 2: (You will not let go until the very end
of the tie. You will also not touch this end of the
wrap during the tying process.) |
