Return Policy

We offer a full refund/exchange policy within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.

We ask that you contact our customer service department at sales@birdieroom.com, before sending anything back and we will be advise on how to proceed. Please have your order number available, and any other pertinent information, such as the name that appears on the invoice and date of purchase.

All items to be returned to us must be in "like-new" condition and unwashed. We also ask that if you are uncertain about the item upon receipt, that care be taken in protecting it from potential household odours. This may seem like a strange request, but it is of particular significance with our line of baby carriers which is an item that might be "living" with you for a period of time. An example of this would be for a household in which smoking is permitted. Some items have been returned to us in the past that have had an unmistakable "odour" to them. In this instance, the item can no longer be considerd "like-new", and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. All instructions, pamphlets, DVDs and original packaging must accompany any item that is returned to us.

Within Canada, items may be sent back via Canada Post or any other form of carrier. If sending from the USA or any country other than CANADA, we ask that POSTAL SERVICES be used (via insured post). If a courier service is to be used outside of CANADA, all brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the sender. Please be aware that this can amount to $30CAD or more.
