Wool is naturally fire-retardant, making it an ideal bedding fabric since no chemical fire-retardants need be added to the bedding. Our crib bumpers are made from organic cotton and filled with organic wool (wool that has been cleaned only with a vegetable soap, and that has not been treated with anything). Also available are organic cotton bumper covers (since accidents are bound to happen), in ivory or white percale, and jungle embroidery on white percale.
