Place wrap
behind your body, with one end on one shoulder and one
end under
the other arm. |
With the hand OPPOSITE the 'shouldered' side of the wrap, grasp the
'shouldered' side at right above the chest. |
With your 'shouldered' hand, grasp the other end of
the wrap and bring the entire piece up and over the top of the
'shouldered' side, laying right on top of where other hand is (laying
above and against your pointer-finger).

Wrap over the top of the 'shouldered' side of the wrap and loop under. Bring the end UP on the other side of where your unmoving
hand is (coming almost straight up and through a "V"). |
Lay the end on top of your unmoving hand's
wrist. It should lay parallel with the other end of the
wrap. |
Reach underneath your unmoving hand and wrap, and
grasp the end of the wrap. Pull it under your unmoving hand. |
Let go of your unmoving hand. That hand should have a wrap around the
wrist.
Hand
off the end of the wrap to the unmoving hand and pull through.
Tighten but not extremely tight. |
Adjust the sling to fit by
sliding at the slip knot. |
